New extremely innovative system for counting and stacking by OTEM

CT Pack, using all the company’s long life experience, presents  the best solution available on the market to count, stack and wrap piles of crackers through a complete line running at very high speed.

The line receives the products in rows of twelve crackers “long side leading” from the cooling tunnel at the speed of more than 400 rows / minute. At the beginning of the feeding system the products are  divided into  three groups of four lines of crackers each. Every  four flows of products feed one  MMH-2 twin lane OTEM flow wrapper.

Each flow of products running “long side leading” is handled to a dedicated stacking unit. Each MMH-2 twin lane flow wrapper is equipped with four stacking units, so one device per flow of crackers.
