Vortex Systems, division of CT Pack, has developed, for one leader producer of ice creams, one new top loading boxing line with the use of vision guided robots for an output of more than 450 ice cream sticks every minute.

In that way, it is possible to pick and orient every product which can arrive in a random way, without the need of grouping and orienting them with traditional systems (mechanically).

This is the chance for a total flexibility, simplified layout, products quality control, high absolute performance and application of advanced technology.

The integration and the control of this type of system is the fruit of the know-how of the engineers at Vortex, who already developed many other similar applications with different products (frozen products, biscuits, ice creams, chocolates, etc.)
