SLAT Collating System

The SLAT collating system consist of a smart belt pocket conveyor driven by servomotors, and is an indicated application in case of project which requests a small variety products dimensions.

The SLAT solution allow to supply very compact line, completely washable, silent and complete managing by software.

The pocket conveyor managing systems are servo driven, providing very high loading speed (up to 500 products/minute).

Shape and dimensions of the holder is design in order to guarantee the stability and the correct positioning into each one.

The number of products to be handled simultaneously can be changed by software
