Volumetric stacking and feeding unit

To  erect and feed biscuits or similar products on stacks, it is possible to use the volumetric automatic feeder by OTEM, where le lanes of biscuits are collected after the stacker and transferred into the lug chain of the wrapper composing the requested piles.

It is a reliable technology, but OTEM manufactures its feeders with extreme care and attention.

The feeder is completely servo driven to allow fast movements of the cams which perform the down lifting and the feeding of the stacks of products.

The mechanical feeder by OTEM for biscuits on stacks is available with one or several hoppers to copy the number of lanes of biscuits coming out of the oven or the number of piles to be wrapped up.
