Strong R&D combined with the closed loop servo control technology allowed the development of a truly flexible high-speed Cartesian top loading robot unit, where all format change procedures are carried out within five minutes.

Special interfaces allow the handling of products arriving from one or more single lane wrappers, or from multilane wrappers for overall handling capacities of over 1200 products minute.

The machine has been specially engineered to be extremely tolerant to variation in products shape and size: the result is a jam free unit requiring very little operator involvement.

Experience in product handling, heavy-duty construction and the use of  the best components allow an efficiency of up to  99%.
